The Indian Scout is an iconic motorcycle from the stable of the first American motorcycle manufacturer, Indian Motorcycle. The 2020 Indian Motorcycle lineup is extensive, with the Bobber being one of their most icon releases.
Powering the Scout is a 1,133cc engine, renowned for its strong mid-range and top-end performance. Peak output figures are 100 hp and 72 lb-ft of torque, and this power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox and a low-maintenance belt drive.
While the Indian Scout Bobber resembles its namesake from over a century ago, this present-day iteration comes with some modern features. Riders will have access to ABS, a digi-analog instrument cluster with a USB port, and a genuine leather seat. With forward-set footpegs for relaxed long-distance riding, this bike is great for both city commutes and touring New Zealand.
